Kabul Market was established in 2013, we are a family owned and operated business, proudly managed by Azim Faiq and Najla Shukoor.
Kabul Market is located at Melville, NY. Our store provides the community with Middle Eastern groceries, Halal meat and fresh Afghan bread baked on a daily basis.
We provide a large selection of dried fruits and nuts, including pine nuts, pecan, walnuts, mulberries, raisins, pistachios, apricots, apricot seeds, cashew, dried figs, dried bair, almond, slice almond, roasted almond, frosted almond, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, chick peas, frosted chick peas, dry qurut and much more.
We carry frozen goods such as dumplings (mantu and aushak), we also make our own torshi, chutney and dry plum preserves.
We bake many types of Middle Eastern desserts, containing roat, corn cookies, rice cookies, and more. We also have baklava, sheer pira, cream rolls, jelabi, and etc. Along with baked desserts, we bake fresh bread daily (also available in whole wheat and oily bread).
